1st Grade

All practices will be clinic style lead by professional soccer trainers.

BOYS / GIRLS SCHEDULE

Your specific 1st Grade practice time will be determined based on the school your child attends. Generally practice is one weeknight (Mon-Thurs) with a start time of around 4:30-5:00 pm.  If your family schedule does not allow for your child to attend the practice you have been assigned, you are able to switch to a different day, although that may be with children from other elementary schools.  We have made this change to allow our families as much flexibility as possible.

Games will consist of 4 weekends of "festival style" play where teams are formed on game day for mini tournaments of 3-4 matches of 20-25 minutes each. Small sided teams of 5v5 will maximize the number of touches your child sees each and every game.  Teams will be formed on game day from the available pool of players that arrive for your scheduled festival.  This also allows flexibility for kids to play on the same teams as their friends or relatives.  The number of teams formed will be based on the parent coaches available along with the number of players available on game day.   Adjustments may be to level the playing field for all teams as needed.

Schedules are subject to change. You will receive a more detailed schedule prior to the beginning of the season in TeamSnap.

NO GAMES ON: Mahwah Day and the elementary schools' Walk-A-Thon date
