The bee-hive concept continues.
- Now coaches are encouraged to slowly teach the players to break up the bee-hive
- Players now have a better understanding of movement
- Development starts from the head and moves downward – feet are the last to develop in motor skills
- Different players are now beginning to grow at different pace
- Their universe is now growing from home to neighborhood
- Maximize encouragement and minimize negative cristicism
- Break up players into smaller groups – maximize touches
- Work on kicking, shooting, passing
- Introduce the concepts of utilizing the inside and outside of the foot – inside for passing, when necessary, outside for dribbling
- Seven-a-side with smaller goals
- Slowly introduce the concept of goalkeepers
- Practices for 45 minutes
